Hello everyone I just wanted to share with you a pretty simple dinner we had tonight! My hubby loved it and so did I, it took about 30mins to make so even better :)
Salmon brownrice and greenbeans
Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) salmon steaks
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- A few slices of onion and bellpeper
Directions
Preheat a large heavy skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Place salmon in a pan I used olive oil. and lemon juice. Combine onion, and bellpeper garlic salt and lemon pepper; sprinkle over salmon. I cooked them for 5mins on one side and 5 on the other
